1. How long does delivery take?

Our furniture is made to order and shipped directly from Turkey. Delivery typically takes 3–4 weeks from the date of full payment.


2. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days. We will review the case and arrange a resolution.


3. Is delivery free?

Yes — we provide free curbside delivery on all orders. If you require additional delivery services (e.g., white glove), please contact us before placing your order to check availability.


4. How does payment work?

We use a 50/50 payment method:

  • Pay 50% to confirm your order

  • Pay the remaining 50% before shipment
    You’ll receive an email with a secure payment link for the second half once your order is ready.


5. Can I customize my order?

Customization options may vary based on the manufacturer. If you’re interested in a specific color, size, or configuration, feel free to contact us before placing your order.


6. Do you have a showroom?

Currently, we operate 100% online to keep our pricing fair and avoid retail markups. All sets are shipped directly from our partner factories in Turkey.
