1. Product Information

All furniture products are made to order and crafted by our partners in Turkey. While we aim to present products accurately, slight variations in color, size, or finish may occur due to lighting, craftsmanship, or screen differences.

2. Order & Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required to begin production of any order.

  • The remaining 50% must be paid before shipment.

  • Orders will not ship until full payment is received.

  • All prices are listed in USD.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer free curbside delivery on all orders.

  • Standard delivery takes 3–4 weeks via sea freight.

  • Customers are responsible for bringing items into their home unless otherwise arranged.

  • Delays due to customs, weather, or logistics are outside our control but will be communicated.

4. Returns & Cancellations

  • Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or cancellations.

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will evaluate and offer a resolution or replacement if applicable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product images, logos, text, and branding — is owned by NuvuLiving. It may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

NuvuLiving shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance.
