At NuvuLiving, every piece of furniture is made to order — crafted specifically for you by our trusted manufacturing partners in Turkey. Because of this, we maintain a strict no-return and no-cancellation policy.


❌ No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is confirmed. This policy is in place due to the custom production process for each bedroom set.


✅ Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  2. Email us at info@nuvuliving.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos or videos of the damage or issue

  3. Our team will review your claim and provide a resolution, which may include:

    • A replacement part

    • A repair solution

    • A full or partial refund, depending on the situation


📦 Shipping Damage Responsibility

While we carefully package and ship every order, occasional damage during international transit can occur. We work only with reliable shipping partners and will assist you in any claims process if needed.

If you dispute a charge without contacting us first, your account may be restricted from future purchases. Please contact us — we're here to help and resolve any issue fairly.
